Our client in Heijen is a logistics service provider and provides customized distribution to well-known brands such as Sony Playstation, Microsoft or Rituals. Besides classic logistics services such as warehousing, picking or transport management, this company also develops and manages complex e-commerce and IT platforms. This international organization is growing rapidly and is therefore looking for a logistics administrative assistant who wants to grow with the company.

As a logistics administrative assistant, you will be responsible for the administration of your business unit. You work with KPIs and according to agreements made with the customer. In addition, you are in direct contact with suppliers, drivers and the customer.

As a logistical administrative employee your work further consists of:

  • Ensuring compliance with agreements made with the customer.
  • Entry of incoming orders in SAP.
  • Creating PO numbers and booking out orders.
  • Implementing process improvements.
  • Salary between €2,200 and €2,800 gross per month
  • Reimbursement of travel expenses
  • Contribution free pension
  • Day shift or 2-shift schedule
  • ANW insurance & WIA gap insurance are paid in full by the company
  • Work phone and laptop

Profiel en vaardigheden

  • You have experience in logistics
  • You have experience with SAP and Excel
  • You are customer oriented
  • You have MBO+ / HBO working and thinking level
  • You have a good command of the English language
  • You live in the direct area of Heijen
