Wat ga je doen?

DHL Supply Chain in Eindhoven is searching for new warehouse employees. Experience in warehousing is great, but if you are new to logistics and are interested in learning logistics skills, then read further as well.

As warehouse employee you perform various tasks in a fun international team. For example:

  Collecting orders by using a hand-scanner
  Packing orders
  Processing orders in the computer
  Labelling boxes and creating labels for boxes in the computer
  Loading and unloading trucks (when valid certificates)
  Communication with colleagues about priorities to keep a good work flow

As a warehouse employee you make sure that DHL has happy customers. You are responsible for making the products ready for on time delivery. Experience is not needed in this job: you get training on the job and personal guidance by an experienced colleague. Because we work in an international team, we speak English in this warehouse.

A day at DHL Supply Chain has moments of high work pressure, but there are also quiet periods. During quiet periods, you show initiative and take up other activities. You speak to this customer and your colleagues in English and / or Dutch. Your shifts change weekly within the times 06.00 - 18.00. However, you are willing to work evening shifts during busier periods.
