Wat ga je doen?

Our client has a number of web shops and brands in the field of Garden and DIY in Europe. They are active online in more than 21 countries and are growing fast. Due to further expansion in Europe, they are looking for an internal sales assistant for the Polish market.

As a sales office employee, your core task is to follow up, monitor and coordinate all sales-related processes. You are the link between sales, logistics and customer service. You are responsible for the entire processing of sales orders and ensure that the processing is as efficient as possible. Good communication skills (including writing product texts) and a good empathy are important for this position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  Answering questions from customers (B2C) and sales department quickly and accurately;
  Writing flawless Polish texts;
  Entering orders and the administrative processing thereof;
  Preparing and following up on offers;
  Giving advice to consumers and dealers;
  Advising customers in the showrooms;
  Supporting online marketing;
  Managing the webshop;
  Processing and collecting customer orders.

Wat vragen wij?

  A completed commercial or technical education and at least MBO + working and thinking level;
  You are available 32 to 40 hours a week;
  You enjoy selling and experience B2C sales;
  You can work excellently on a plan / project basis and always keep an overview
  You master the Polish and Dutch language in word and writing (native);
  You are a convincing conversation partner who can listen well and is verbally strong;
  You master the MS Office package (Word, Excel and Outlook).
