Customer Service Agent Full-Time | DHL Supply Chain | SD Worx | +/- €2150,- | Working hours: 06:00 – 15:00 / 15:00 – 00:00

Would you like to work for one of the largest logistics service providers worldwide? Do you like to be in touch with third parties and make sure all their questions are answered, solve problems and monitor administrative processes? Than this is the job for you! As a Customer Service Agent you start working in the warehouse of DHL Supply Chain in Eindhoven.

Here you will be the point of contact for ASML. You will deal with issues and solve problems via e mail and TRS. You will produce reports, and also monitor various administrative processes.

Aanbod

• Per month you’ll earn +/- €2150,- gross based on 40 hours
• 30% shift allowance for working after 18:00 hour
• €12,77 per hour without shift allowance
• €16,60 per hour included shift allowance
• Travel allowance with a daily maximum of € 9,30
• 25 days of paid leave and 8,33% holiday allowance per year
• Building up pension after 8 weeks

Profiel en vaardigheden

• MBO work and thinking level
• Good communication skill in English (written and verbaly)
• Experience in customer service
• Knowledge of excel and computer literate
• You can provide a VOG (Certificate of Good Conduct)
