As a Customer Service Agent you will work at DHL Supply Chain in Born. You will be working at the reception and therefore you will be the first point of contact to our customer. 
In addition to speaking to the customer by telephone, you will also handle the questions that come in by e-mail. Our Customer Service Agent will make reports and perform various administrative activities.Think of entering customer orders and monitoring the order process. The customer comes first at all times and you make sure the client gets the ultimate customer experience!

Aanbod

• Per month you earn €2200,- /€2700,- gross based on 40 hours
• Fixed working schedule from 11:00-19:00
• 30% shift allowance for working after 18:00 hour
• Travel allowance up to € 9.30 per day
• 25 days of paid leave and 8,33% holiday allowance per year
• Building up pension after 8 weeks

Profiel en vaardigheden

• Good communication skills in Dutch, English & German (verbally and written)
• Experience in customer service, preferably in logistics work environment
• You can set priorities
• Affinity with administrative work
• Knowledge of Excel and similar software
• You can transfer a VOG
