We are looking for a Customer Service employee for a large international company in Eindhoven. This company is responsible for the sales, marketing and distribution of sports equipment. It is a fulltime and challenging job with various tasks and responsibilities, but above all a lot of customer contact.
As a Customer Service employee you are responsible for a large international customer (B2B), your focus is on central Europe. You are going to work closely to an account manager in Spain in order to serve the client. You act as a contact person for various clients and you support the field service. It is therefore very important that you have a fluent command of both the English and Spanish language in speaking and writing, Dutch is an advantage. Your activities will consist of processing orders, answering questions, taking comments, complaints and take care of the administration. You actively contribute in various telesales programs and support the B2C department.
You work together with a team of 10 colleagues in Eindhoven. But you are also part of the international team, consisting of 90 colleagues. As a Customer Service employee you are service-oriented, driven and you have good communication skills.
