Then we have a great job opportunity for you. For our client, an international company located in Weert, we're looking for a customer service representative. In this job you will be responsible for the entire order management process within the customer service department (team of 10 employees). The primary language used in the organization is English.

You can expect to perform the following tasks:
  Entering orders into systems;
  Managing outstanding orders;
  Providing information to customers;
  Preparing shipments for the warehouse.

What do we offer:
In agreement, you will start work as soon as possible. We're offering a startsalary of EUR 2642,- gross per month, according to your experience and education.
The first year you will be working on a contract with SD Worx Staffing Solutions. After proven suitability, prospect of permanent employment could be an option.
During your day, you will be in contact with colleagues in different departments, including planning, the warehouse, and the back office. The Customer Service team in Weert functions as a Centre of Excellence, which means that your initiative is highly valued. The atmosphere within the team is informal and pleasant, and you will be offered plenty of opportunities to further develop your skills!

Wat vragen wij?

  MBO or EQF level 4 degree or higher;
  3 years' experience in an international customer service environment;
  Working experience in a supply chain environment is really important;
  Strong customer focus and organizational skills;
  Excellent knowledge of English (corporate language);
  Experienced with ERP systems and MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, etc.);
  Availabe for 40 hours a week (less hours is non-negotiable);
  You are willing to travel to Weert for work and live in the Weert area.
