For a manufacturing company in Eijsden, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for handling orders, quotation requests and taking care of the coordination with customers to support the realization of sales plans. It is initially a temporary position of three months. It may possibly be longer. Your duties as a Customer Service Specialist include:

• Preparing and drafting quotations.
• Checking material availability
• Performing credit control
• Sending invoices
• Helping customers with questions and complaints
• Administrative work

Profiel en vaardigheden

• You have experience as Customer Service Specialist in a manufacturing company;
• You speak Fluent English and one other European language;
• You are at least 32 hours available;
• You have good communication skills;
• Experience with SAP would be a plus.
