Wat ga je doen?
To provide professional and qualitative customer service in line with set DHL standards
To resolve customers queries in accordance with set DHL standards
To promptly and accurately log queries in DHL systems
To actively promote prompt online payment to facilitate a smooth shipment delivery
To ensure customer queries in relation to Duty VAT levied by Customs from multiple channels are attended promptly in line with set standards with dedicated attention on inbound calls and (e-) mails in call center environment
To ensure customers pay the Duty VAT Cash charges
To contribute knowledge and expertise toward resolving reoccurring Duty VAT Cash billing issues.
To maximize collection effectiveness from all B2C customers in a timely and professional manner.
To timely support of customer collection queries
To facilitate AR collection and minimize disputed amounts and ageing aged debt positions
To liaise with 3rd party countries, customer service, operation, and commercial sales when required

Previous Call center/Customer facing experience is preferred 1 year;
Sensitive to cultural specifics;
Intermediate level of English knowledge, good knowledge of the French and Dutch languages;
