Wat ga je doen?

we are looking for an Employee Engagement Expert who is full of energy and passion! In this role your directly report to the HR Operations Manager and we expect you to be responsible for a wide range of activities, that have direct impact on how our employees experience the company. This is what you will do:
  You will organize our employee events (internal and external) from beginning to end. This means thinking of the concept, themes, being in contact with our suppliers, keeping an eye on the budget and last but not least, activate our employees to join in
  You make sure you mobilize our employees to actively participate in the DHL Express programs and campaigns, think of DHL’s Got Heart, EuroCup, DHL’s Got Talent, Town Hall’s and more. You will think of creative ways in order to make sure these programs are lived by
  You will support the Finance community in organizing the yearly Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) and follow up activities.
  Be part of the largest corporate culture program called CIS (Certified International Specialist). For this program you will organize trainings, workshops, culture days, events, handle the admin and be creative in the full scope of employee communication. On top of that you will also be an active facilitator for our brand new Induction and cross functional trainings. It’s all about inspiring and empowering our people!

Wat vragen wij?

  You need to have a finished Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR, Communications, PR, Event Management or equivalent.
  We are looking for someone with lots of positive energy, a drive to deliver and a willingness to learn and try new things out.
  The role is stand alone, which means that you are the expert and will work independently on different projects and programs at the same time. Therefore you need to be on top of your planning and admin
  We expect you to think ahead, plan and be creative, but also to develop materials and execute them.
  Communications skills are key! Therefore, you need to feel confident in facilitating and presenting in front of groups, but also dare to write engaging pieces of content.
  Your English has to be excellent (fluent/native).
