Wat ga je doen?

Support administration of Credit & Collections, Account Receivable (OTC) activities and tasks to collect credit information, maintain records and collect overdue debts to minimize outstanding and achieve compliance in line with internal and external policies and standards, regulations and compliance requirements. Your tasks and responsibilities are:
  Support administration of Credit & Collections and Account Receivable (OTC) activities and tasks under supervision
  Perform generally repetitive administrative tasks such as setting up files, data processing and validation, collecting payments and resolve billing queries
  Prepare and finalize bill dues accurately
  Verify credit references to accurately assess applications for credit
  Gather and compile credit information and maintain credit records for accurate account processing
  Identify overdue (delinquent) accounts
  Contact customers regarding outstanding payments and prepare reports on the status of credit and collection and Account Receivable activities
  Discuss payment schedule and contracts, and follow-up accounts to ensure these arrangements are met
  Initiate established procedures to take legal action on outstanding debts
  Monitor the status of these proceedings by communicating with solicitors and other legal agencies
  Resolve recurring routine issues faced during delivery as per defined processes, systems and methods
  Generate invoices based on purchase orders
  Verify invoices vs. shipping documents
  Process payments and apply to customer balances in the accounts receivable ledger
