Our client, Faurecia, is a leading manufacturer of exhaust systems and catalytic converters for cars and trucks. To expand the HR team, we are looking for an HR Assistant. In this role, you will be part of a team consisting of four people and report directly to the HR Manager. This is a versatile role in which you provide all-round support to your colleagues in the HR department.

Job-Content: 

• Providing administrative support to the HR department
• Processing mutations, time recording control etc. 
• Preparing presentations and reports 
• Collecting and processing relevant data 
• Maintaining and updating personnel files 
• Supporting current HR projects (absenteeism, recruitment,…)

Profiel en vaardigheden

• You preferably have a degree in HR 
• You are full-time available, also possible 32 hours
• You are fluent in Dutch and English 
• You have knowledge of MS Office 
• You are a real team player
