Wat ga je doen?
For a company in Weert we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative for the UK.
You work in a dynamic and international environment where customer contact and customer service are of paramount importance. Your main responsibility is to support the customer in translating their requirements into solutions. You have daily contact with the customers and work closely with the sales teams and other departments such as Customer care and Marketing to achieve revenue growth and high customer satisfaction.
You find potential leads via different sources like, CRM lists, Website enquiries, internet search etc.;
You contact these qualified leads in order to make a customer promotion appointment or to enquire more customer and project related information;
You answer technical or product-related questions from customers;
You facilitate sample requests from customer;
You enter all project and customer related information into our CRM system and keep this always up-to-date;
You create customer sales agreements according to our proxy rules;
You participate in exhibitions, seminars, workshops or customer factory tours.

Wat vragen wij?
Bachelor degree, preferably commercial oriented;
3-5 years experience in a similar role;
Fluent in Dutch and English;
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively;
A strong team-player with the problem solving skills.
