Service Delivery Officer | Heijen | Fulltime | Day shift |€2.200 - €2.800 gross per month 

The Service Delivery Officer insures the correct handling and proces of outgoing orders. It is the responsibility of the Service Delivery Officer that the customer is satisfied with the service provide by the company. To make sure that all customer expectations are met it is important for the Service Delivery Officer to manage these expectations. There for the Service Delivery Officer is constantly in contact with the customer and makes sure that the agreements with the customer are followed by the operation. Besides creating great customer satisfaction the Service Delivery Officer is responsible for the logistic planning. The Service Delivery officer is really the human touch within the organisation!

Your task will be but are not limited to: 

• Planning 
• Contact with external and internal stakeholders 
• Analyzing data regarding the output of the operation

The company is an international 3PL Supply Chain Solutions company. The site in Heijen is the headquater of the concern in the Netherlands. Devided over 4 sites the company offers work for roughly 1000 employees! Due to the international roots of this company is the company known for its multicultural character. The primair language spoken in the company is therefore English.

• Experience in a customercare role
