Logistics Team Leader | DHL Supply Chain | SD Worx | €2600 / €3600 | Working hours: 06:00 - 15:00 / 15:00 - 00:00

Do you want to work for one of the largest logistics service providers in the world? We are looking for a Logistics Team Leader for DHL Supply Chain in Eindhoven.
You will work in a warehouse where quality and safety are very important. You will directly manage 20 logistics employees. Below is a selection of the tasks and responsibilities that are part of the tasks of a Logistics Team Leader:

• Promoting the DHL policy on the work floor, for example safety.
• Ensure that the established results (KPIs) are achieved
• Identify bottlenecks in work processes and quality risks
• First point of contact for logistics employees
• Managing, coaching and supervising employees operationally
• Evaluations with employees
• Manage weekly schedule
• Performing Quick calls / PDs (daily start up meeting with the employees)
• Collaborate with fellow team leaders to coordinate processes as efficiently and effectively as possible

Aanbod

• Per month you earn between €2600 and €3600 gross based on 40 hours
• 30% shift allowance for working after 18:00
• Travel allowance with a maximum of € 9.30 per day
• 8.33% holiday allowance
• Pension accrual

Profiel en vaardigheden

• Some experience as a team leader.
• Feeling with Microsoft Office programs (such as Excel and PowerPoint) and Warehouse management systems, so that you can make reports and analyses.
• Lots of energy and positivity to set up a new process
