Heijen | Permanent Employment | Shifted day shift or 2 teams shifts | €2.800 - €3500 gross per month 

For one of our clients we are searching for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor. As a Warehouse Supervisor you are responsible for multiple departments within the Warehouse. You make sure as a Warehouse Supervisor that all the different departments collaborate properly so all orders leave the Warehouse according to costumer agreements and on time. You give guidance to the Assistent Supervisor, administrative staff members and warehouse staff members. Directy and indirecty you lead a team of 40 to 80 staff members. Next to leading your team you are also the source of information by questions regarding problems and internal processes.

Your activities consist, among other things of:

• Coördinate, manage and controle the logistic processes
• Tracking and processing of KPI'S and targets 
• Analyse, update and justify progress reports
• Leading the staff members and maintain the right teamspirit

The company is an international 3PL Supply Chain Solutions company. The site in Heijen is the headquater of the Concern in the Netherlands. Devided over 4 sites the company offers work for more or less 1000 employees! Due to the international roots of the company the primair language spoken is English. The company is well known for its intercultural character.

Aanbod

• Salary between €2800 and €3500 gross per month based on 40 hours per week

Profiel en vaardigheden

• You have demonstrable leading experience within a logistic environment
• You have a problem solving attitude and are formiliar in controlling logistic processes
• You are a teambuilder by nature
• Knowledge and experience working with an EPR System and Excel
• You are available in (shifted) dayshift or 2-shifts
